Aldo Electric & Son Inc. is looking for experienced, skilled residential and commercial electricians with good customer service skills, a self-starter, and has a good attitude. Specifically, we are looking for electricians that can rough, bend pipes, pull wire and troubleshoot. Basic electrical work can be as simple as wiring electrical outlets or as complex as setting up a programmable logic controller. Well-groomed - of course alcohol/drug-free and dependable electricians are a must.

Job Title:

Part Time and Full Time

Electrician, Residential, Commercial

Duties include but are not limited to:

Installs, services and repairs lighting fixtures, electrical panels, outlets and wiringMust have good communication skills with clients and teammatesResidential wiring, conduit bending ,room additions, remodels and new construction layout, and service upgradeCommercial wiring layout and sizing of new circuitry Ability to work with blueprints when they install electrical systemsTrouble shoot electrical controlsFollow the National Electric Code and comply with State and local building codesUse drills, reciprocal saw, chop saw, level, square, tape measure, ladders, etc. Ensure all necessary materials and tools arrive to the job site Assist with overall crew and job site; staging materials, tools and loading trucks; general ground support and general site preparation and clean-up

Qualifications:

6 years industry experienceJourneymanBasic knowledge of the national electric code.Attention to detail /Accurate and thoroughPrompt response to customer needs Deals gracefully with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events Follows instructions and responds to management direction Positive team spirit Works with integrity and ethics Works long hours when necessary to reach goals Resourceful at meeting challenges Exhibits sound and accurate judgment Uses time efficiently Observes safety and security procedures All candidates must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background and drug screen Valid driving license insurable by good driving record Communicates effectively, both written and verbal, in English Can work/complete/integrate multiple tasks

Skills/ Education:

High School diploma or equivalentCollege/ Tech school preferredExperience will be consider in Lieu of College/ Tech school

Working Conditions:

Employee must regularly be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds Employee must frequently stand on ladders and scaffolds, climb or balance,, kneel, crouch, or crawl Employee must use hand and power tools safely and effectively Exposure to work in high, precarious places; outdoor weather conditions and risk of electrical shock
